{pre-spring camping adventure}

We decided to take advantage of the nice weather last week. We couldn't wait to "get a little mud on the tires" and also break in our new camping trailor. We had a great time wheelin' around out west with chels & zack, eating some good tin foil dinners and dutch oven cobbler and just sitting around the fire. Got me so excited for spring & summer and can't wait for more outdoor adventures!

I was not brave enough to take the scary picture of the huge hole above. it was taken by chris, standing on criss-cross metal beams over this very deep, old mine. i walked out there clinging tightly to his hand and almost hiper ventilating! haha.

There must be something so relaxing about riding because Brylie loves to take a nap on the wheeler.

Brylie has started to walk on her casted foot. Wanting to protect her toes and cast, i thought like a redneck and wrapped her foot in plastic wrap and duck tape, then put a sock over that with more duck tape. It worked pretty good! She gets it off very soon, and that is a very good thing.
