{hello world!}

I have to say that this time around the hospital experience went so smoothly. We got there around 8 a.m. Friday morning. Everything progressed pretty quickly. I only had to push through 2 contractions and at 1:40 p.m. Jadeyn came into the world! It's hard to describe the feelings you have when you see that precious baby for the first time. It's amazing how you can love someone so much and so completely in just an instant.



A little piece of heaven.

Brylie is so sweet with her. She has been a good big sister so far, and really helpful. I think she loved Jade even before she got here. She was sad that (some of) my belly was gone. The night before we went to the hospital she slept at Grandma's, before she left she just started to bawl and didn't want to leave. She doesn't do that. I think she must have sensed the change that was coming. It was heartbreaking. But so far things have gone so well and we've all been able to adjust really well. What a blessing this baby has been.
