"Can I pleeeease go to school now!?" She kept saying over and over that morning. Mind you, she wakes up around 6 a.m. and school doesn't start until 12 p.m... absolute torture for an anxious 4 year old, eager to get to her first day of preschool. I think "excited" would have been an understatement...
So far she has loved preschool! (of course). I love it too! I love hearing about all the fun things she is learning and seeing all the cute stuff she makes and accomplishes. Teacher Nisha is so awesome! It's very rewarding as a parent to see your kid get excited about learning.
I know she is only in preschool, but it's still bitter-sweet to watch her grow and slowly break away from "the nest". I am one proud mama!
