- Being told to sleep in while my love takes care of the kids and makes breakfast.
- Not really sleeping. Lying in bed awake listening... thinking how blessed I am.
- Sweet simple surprises being brought to me from my daughter one after another. [card, homemade necklace, bright orange flowers, pedicure gift certificate with love note (from him)]
- Not having to clean up dishes after breakfast. He's so good to me.
- Cuddles from my baby girl.
- A Mother's Day skype chat with mom and dad Harward in Paris, France. Good to see their smiling faces. They have that "missionary glow." Miss and Love them.
- Watching Brylie sing with the primary during sacrament meeting.
- Not having to teach Sunbeams. The guys gave us ladies a break.
- Brylie asking "when is kids day?" I told her... everyday is kids day.
- BBQ at moms house. Enjoying family. Feeling grateful for my sweet Mother.
- And finally the sweet bliss of a peaceful sleeping house.
My only regret was not taking a picture of me and my girls. But it was a very Happy Mother's Day nonetheless. I am very thankful to have the privilege of being a mom. I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world.
